This wine dinner planning was fun and a challenge. It took Sarah and Nick, 2.5 months to really think of the pairings and the wine. We feel this is a dinner of classic varietals in its best form. Wines from the North, Central and Southern Italy. Tasting numerous dishes with this wine we created this beautiful dinner for you!
